Return Information
Returns are accepted for store credit or same-style exchange only within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. All sale items purchased 30% OFF and up are final sale. Clearance items and bodysuits are final sale. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving. Returns must be shipped back in packaging that it was shipped in, or a waterproof bag to prevent damage in the shipping process. Any damaged returns will not be accepted for store credit or exchange - including items shipped back that were damaged in the shipping process. If a return arrives to us damaged, it will either be donated or can be re-shipped back to you for a shipping charge of $8.
We do offer return labels through the website. The label charge is based on location and weight and will be deducted from your store credit. We do not charge shipping for exchanges mailed out.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Returns are processed within 1-6 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and a store credit code.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
